If you own and live within your property you should speak to us about arranging combined buildings and contents insurance cover.
If you rent your property you only need to insure your contents, look out for a policy sometimes known as tenants’ contents insurance. The property itself should have buildings insurance in place, this is carried out by your landlord or the relevant property management agent.
If you own and let out a property as a minimum you would require landlord’s insurance to cover the building. It is also possible to include in the policy a rent and legal protection to cover loss of rent. It is important that you speak to us to arrange the right cover for your circumstances.
