Short Term Finance
Experienced property developer David successfully acquired a small detached house on a large plot in North London, which was in a poor condition. David obtained planning permission to demolish the house and build three new detached houses in a small gated development.
We put together a proposal that enabled David to borrow the build costs, repay an outstanding bridging loan and cover all fees. The facility lasted for 15 months, 12 months to build the three houses and three months to sell them.
