| The results of the 2021 Business Moneyfacts Awards are to be announced in an online awards ceremony, on Thursday 15 April, via the Business Moneyfacts social media channels (Twitter and LinkedIn). The Buy to Let category winners will be announced live in real-time from 11:20 am onwards. And our favourite, Buy-to-Let Mortgage Broker of the Year award will be announced at approximately 11:40 am. We’re proud to have been crowned best buy to let mortgage broker for two years in a row and hope to make this a third consecutive win. Our director Mark Edwards says “This year we received in excess of 100 client testimonials, The team and I are extremely proud of this and are honoured to be able to work with such supportive clients. In many ways, our client testimonials are the real award. Mortgage Availability Reaches Highs
Mortgage availability has been boosted by a growing number of high loan-to-value deals, according to Moneyfacts. The number of products in the market increased by 9 per cent month on month from 3,522 in March to 3,842 this month.
